This recipe works well with all juicers,
particularly the Omega
8001 Nutrition Center. The combination of vegetables
releases energy that relieves tension and helps the mind
focus more clearly.
2 kale leaves
2 collard leaves
1 handful parsley
2 stalks of celery
2 carrots
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
2 tomatoes, sliced, seeds extracted
Juice the carrot and celery together. Add kale and collard
leaves. Juice red and green pepper together. Finish with
sliced tomatoes.
