This is a great combo of the ingredients

1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup strawberries
1/2 cup whole-fat organic yogurt
1/2 cup ice
1/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1 tbsp. flaxseed oil
3 tsp. whey protein powder
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
