Pumpkin Spiced Bread

2 sticks butter
4 eggs, beaten well
2 1/2 cups sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup cooked pumpkin
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Blend pumpkin, eggs, butter and vegetable oil. Sift together sugar, flour, pumpkin pie spice, salt, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda. Blend dry ingredients with pumpkin mixture. Pour into greased loaf pans and bake for 1 hour.

Note: You can substitute 1 cup pumpkin flour (can be found in some Asian groceries) for 1 cup of the all-purpose flour.
